Blueberry oat cookies with almonds

These cookies are perfect for everyone who wants to restrict using added sugar in food. Easy to bake with a crispy and natural taste.

Tip: If the cookies taste too healthy for you, add a tbsp of raw cane sugar next time you bake them.

Tip: If you are vegan, make sure the margarine is 100% plant-based.

  • 40 grams of margarine
  • 110 grams of rolled oats
  • 50 grams of almond flakes
  • 50 grams of blueberries
  • 60 grams of apple sauce, 0% sugar

Step 1:
Put plant-based margarine in an oven-safe dish or muffin cup and into the basket of the Airfryer and heat up at the 160°C temperature 3 minute until melted.

Mix rolled oats with almond flakes. Add blueberries, apple sauce, melted margarine and salt and mix it all together. Form seven cookies out of the dough and put them on the grill pan.

Place the grill pan in the Airfryer and bake the cookies at the 160°C temperature minute.

Tip: In case you do not have the grill pan accessory, you can also bake the cookies directly into the basket until they are nicely golden and crunchy.

Step 4:
