Using only three common main ingredients is all it takes to bake this savoury snack.

Ingredients

  • 140 grams of all purpose flour

  • 100 grams of Gouda cheese

  • 125 grams of sour cream

  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  • Grate the cheese and add it to a bowl with flour, sour cream and salt.

  • Knead all of the ingredients into a dough. Dust a clean surface with flour. Roll the pastry to a 1 cm thick sheet.

  • Cut the dough into circles using a round cutting mold or a small glass (2,5 cm diameter).
    Rooll the pastry to 1 cm thick sheet
  • Place the circles on the double layer accessory and repeat the previous step with any leftover dough.

  • Place the cheese scones into the basket leaving some space near the edges for the double layer accessory.

  • No extra space is needed between the scones as they will only rise upwards during baking.
  • Place the double layer accessory into the basket and then in the Airfryer. Start the device with the 200°C 12minute. Bake the scones until golden. Serve warm.
