Serve the chicken nuggets with homemade fries and homemade dips and sauces.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of chicken breast fillets

  • 40 grams of all purpose flour

  • 25 milliliters of whipping cream

  • 1 egg

  • 75 grams of breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil

  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  • Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  • Crack the egg open and whisk it with cream and salt.
  • Roll the chicken into flour first, then through the egg mixture and finally cover it with breadcrumbs.
  • Put the chicken nuggets in the basket, sprinkle with a little oil and bake crispy in the Airfryer at the specified 10 minute and 280°C temperature. For optimal results, bake in two batches.
  • Serve the chicken nuggets.
