- 2 Anaheim or Hatch chile peppers, roasted, peeled, and chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 croissants
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
