Baked frittata is a simple dish.

Ingredients

  • 50 grams of red cherry tomatoes

  • 60 grams of red onions

  • 6 eggs

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 pinch of black pepper, freshly ground

  • 25 grams of goat cheese

  • 15 grams of pesto

  • 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  • Peel and cut the red onion into half rings. Cut the cherry tomatoes in quarters.

  • Beat eggs in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.

  • Grease the baking accessory with olive oil. Pour in the egg and onion mixture. Crumble the goat cheese on top of the eggs. Add sliced cherry tomatoes and pesto on top of the eggs as well.
