Grilled king oyster mushrooms

These mushrooms have a nice chewy bite. They are great on salads as well.

Tip: A perfect dish to try out the grill pan accessory.

What’s Ingredients you need?

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 200 grams of king oyster mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley pesto
  • 20 grams of Parmesan
  • 0.25 teaspoons of lemon zest
  • 1 pinch of sea salt, flakes.

How to make

Step 1: Prepare a garlic oil by finely chopping the garlic and mix it with olive oil.

Tip: You could first roast the garlic in the Aifryer: Add garlic in the skin and grill for 5 minutes at 200 degrees. This way you can heat up the Airfryer and grill-accessory at the same time.

Step 2: Cut the mushrooms lengthways in quarters. Brush the mushrooms with garlic oil.

Step 3: Place the mushrooms on the grill pan/ grill bottom and grill them at the indicated temperature and time.
Tip: For most recipes the Airfryer does not need to heat up, but we recommend heating up the grill pan / bottom for a few minutes before adding the mushrooms.

Step 4: Serve the grilled mushrooms garnished with pesto, cheese flakes, lemon zest and sea salt flakes.
