Ingredients


  • 0.5 avocado
    Sweet Potatoes Ingredients

  • 0.5 red onions

  • 40 grams of tomatoes

  • 10 grams of parsley, curly-leaf

  • 50 milliliters of yoghurt

  • 1 chili pepper, small

  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice

  • 2 sweet potatoes

  • 2 pinches of salt

  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  • Peel, destone and mash avocado in a bowl.

  • Combine the avocado, vegetables, lime juice and yogurt in a bowl.

    Mix everything until the sauce becomes smooth.

    Refrigerate until serving. Tip: Taste the guacamole and adjust its taste to your liking by adding more lime juice, tomatoes or onions.

  • Brush and wash the sweet potatoes. Cut the sweet potatoes in thin slices being careful not to cut entirely through the sweet potato.

  • Brush the sweet potatoes with olive oil, season with salt and place them in the basket.
  • Put the basket in the Airfryer. Start the device with the 180°C 5p minute settings.

Tips

  • Use a wooden spatula to make sure you don’t cut all the way through the sweet potato.
