Ingredients

  • 1,000 grams of red grapefruits

  • 4 teaspoons of honey

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 4 tablespoons of yoghurt

Directions

  • Halve the two grapefruits horizontally. Season each half of the grapefruit with a pinch of salt and one teaspoon of honey. Transfer them to the Airfryer basket.
  • Bake at the 200°C temperature for the 15 minute.
  • Serve the baked grapefruit with yoghurt.
