How to make Chicken Breast, the basic recipe

This is an easy failproof recipe for air-fried chicken breast fillets that gets juicy meat on the table in no time.

We used two pieces of chicken breast, each weighing about 215 grams. You might need to adjust the processing time depending on the size of the chicken breast you use.

Tip: for perfectly juicy air-fried chicken breasts, brine them before frying. In a large bowl, stir about one tablespoon of salt into one liter of lukewarm water. Stir to combine until most of the salt is dissolved. Submerge the raw chicken breasts in the brine mixture. Let brine for 15 minutes at room temperature or for 4-6 hours in the fridge. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with a kitchen towel before air frying!

  • 1 pinch of black pepper, freshly ground

  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
