Cottage Cheese and Spinach Buns Guide

Step 1/7: Put the flour, dry yeast, olive oil, salt, and honey into a medium-sized bowl.

Step 2/7: Add lukewarm water to the flour mixture. Knead the dough for at least 5 to 8 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.

Step 3/7: Leave the dough covered in a warm place to rise for at least 60 minutes or wait until it doubles in size.

Step 4/7: Chop the spinach and mix it with the shredded Gouda cheese, cottage cheese, and salt.

Step 5/7: Roll out the dough to 1 cm thick. Cut it into 9 equal-sized pieces and add 1 tablespoon of filling. Connect the edges of the dough and make balls.
