Ingredients

  • 2 courgette / zucchini

  • 1 tablespoon of parsley

  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

  • 4 tablespoons of cheese

  • 1 tablespoon of oil

  • 1 pinch of pepper

Directions

  • Slice the courgettes in half lengthways and cut each piece in half again through the middle. You’ll end up with 8 pieces of courgette.
  • Mix together the parsley, breadcrumbs, cheese, oil and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Top the courgette with the mixture. Place them into the Airfryer basket. Start the device with the 180°C temperature 16 minute. Cook ingredients in two batches for optimal results.
  • Serve your Courgette gratin!
