Here are the simple grilled sardines recipe with step by step guide.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of parsley

  • 500 grams s of sardines, fresh

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 pinch of sea salt

  • 2 teaspoons of paprika powder, smoked

  • 1 tablespoon of parsley

  • 1 lemon.

Directions

  • Clean the sardines and remove the innards from the sardines by cutting them from below. Rinse the sardines and place them on a cloth and chop the parsley fine.
  • Make a marinade from the oil, salt, smoked paprika powder and coat the sardines with it.
