Super quick to make in the morning for a perfect start to your day!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 pinch of pepper

  • 1 tomato

  • 4 button mushrooms

  • 2 tablespoons of yoghurt

  • 2 tablespoons of chives, fresh

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 pinch of pepper

  • 2 tortillas

  • 30 grams of cheese

  • 20 grams of iceberg lettuce

Directions

  • Beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper and pour into the baking accessory. Allow it to set and become creamy at the 160°C temperature 10 minute , stirring occasionally.
  • Cut the tomatoes and mushrooms into coarse chunks. Mix together the yogurt and chives, and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Warm up the tortillas in the Airfryer at the 180°C temperature 2 minute. Weigh down the tortillas with the double layer accessory.
  • Spread the yogurt cream on the warm tortillas, add the scrambled egg, tomatoes and mushrooms, sprinkle on the grated cheese and add some lettuce leaves. Roll up the wraps and enjoy!
