Purple Sweet Potato mash Recipe

They are not easy to find but these purple potatoes are a fantastic ingredient to surprise guests at a dinner party. The flesh is relatively dense and dry, which makes them perfect for a mash.

  • 25 grams of butter
  • 25 milliliters of sour cream
  • 1 pinch of black pepper, freshly ground

How to make Purple Sweet Potato mash

Step 1: Brush the outside of the potato with olive oil
