Ingredients

  • 200 grams of chicken breasts

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 pinch of pepper

  • 1 pinch of paprika powder, smoked

  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

  • 80 grams of tomatoes, diced, canned

  • 300 grams of avocado

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder

  • 150 grams of white beans, canned

  • 100 grams of corn, canned

  • 1 onion, small

  • 120 grams of Gouda cheese, grated

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 4 wheat tortillas

Directions

  • Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and olive oil. Add it to the Airfryer basket and bake at the indicated temperature for the recommended time. When done, shred the chicken breast with two forks and mix it with diced tomatoes.

  • Cut the avocado lengthwise, remove the stone, peel the skin, and mash it. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and chili powder. Mix together.

  • Drain the canned white beans and corn. Peel the onion and cut it into thin half-moon slices. Mix the beans, corn, and onion together.

  • Take a tortilla and make a slit from one edge to the middle. Place the fillings on each quarter of the tortilla starting with the mashed avocado mix on the bottom left one. Add the beans and onion mix to the upper left quarter and shredded chicken to the upper right one. Finish with grated Gouda cheese in the bottom right quarter. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the fillings.

  • Fold the first quarter over the second one. Fold the second quarter over the third quarter. Finish off by folding the last quarter so you have a triangle.

  • Put two folded tortillas into the Airfryer basket and start the device with the indicated time and temperature. Repeat the step once more to bake the second batch of tortillas.
