Delicious Tomato and basil yogurt toast

Ingredients

  • 80 grams of skyr

  • 1 egg

  • 0.25 teaspoons of salt

  • 3 tomatoes, sun-dried

  • 0.25 teaspoons of garlic powder

  • 4 slices of toast bread

  • 100 grams of cherry tomatos

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

  • 8 basil leaves

Directions

  • Put the skyr in a bowl. Add the egg and salt and whisk until evenly incorporated. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes finely and stir them together with the garlic powder into the skyr mixture.

  • Using your fingers or the back of a spoon, press the center of the bread slices to create a well. Spoon the skyr mixture into the middle of the toast and spread it toward the edges.

  • Put the yogurt toasts in the Airfryer basket and slide the basket into the Airfryer. Start the device with the 180°C temperature and 6 min.

  • In the meantime, wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and mix with salt and olive oil. Wash the fresh basil leaves.
