Banana bread recipe

Ingredients

4 bananas 60 grams of softened butter 2 eggs 200 grams of all purpose flour 70 grams of sugar 2 pinches of salt 2 teaspoons of baking powder 1 banana.

Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork. Add the butter and eggs to the bananas and mix well together.

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl - flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

Then add the dry ingredient mixture to the mashed banana mixture and blend using a spatula until evenly combined.

Peel and slice the remaining banana in half lengthwise. Pour the banana bread batter into the previously greased baking accessory and lay the banana halves on top.

Place the baking accessory in the Airfryer basket and slide the basket into the Airfryer. Start the device with the 160°C temperature and 40 minute.

Once air frying is done, remove the banana bread from the Airfryer. Let it cool before slicing and serving.
