Blueberry cupcakes with cream cheese topping

Delicious and moist chocolate blueberry muffins with a refreshing cream cheese topping.

Prep time: 10 Minutes. Cook Time: 12 Minutes. Total Time: 22 Minutes. Servings: 10.

Baking & Spices 165 g All purpose flour. 5 g Baking powder. 45 g Cocoa powder. 8 g Powdered sugar. 130 g Sugar.


165 g Blueberries Oils & Vinegars 25 ml Sunflower oil. Dairy 100 g Cream cheese. 300 ml Milk. 150 g Whipping cream.

Add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder into a bowl. Mix and combine all the dry ingredients.

Pour the milk and oil into the bowl with dry ingredients. Whisk all the ingredients by hand into a chocolate batter.


Pour the muffin batter into five Philips Airfryer silicon muffin molds. Divide blueberries between the muffin cups and press them into the batter. Put the muffin molds into the basket.

Put the basket in the Airfryer. Start the device with the indicated 12 minutes 180℃ Repeat this step for the second batch of muffins.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, whipping cream, and powdered sugar. Using a hand mixer, mix all the ingredients together until they form a thick cream.


Once baked, let the muffins cool down for five minutes. Then, using a piping bag, add cream cheese swirls on top of the muffins. Sprinkle a little cocoa powder on top before serving.
