Blueberry oat cookies with almonds

40 grams of margarine 110 grams of rolled oats 50 grams of almond flakes 50 grams of blueberries 60 grams of apple sauce, 0% sugar 1 pinch of salt.

Put plant-based margarine in an oven-safe dish or muffin cup and into the basket of the Airfryer and heat up at the 160°C temperature 3 minute until melted.

Mix rolled oats with almond flakes. Add blueberries, apple sauce, melted margarine and salt and mix it all together.

Form seven cookies out of the dough and put them on the grill pan.

Place the grill pan in the Airfryer and bake the cookies at the 160°C temperature minute.

In case you do not have the grill pan accessory, you can also bake the cookies directly into the basket until they are nicely golden and crunchy.


If you can resist, leave the cookies to cool down on a rack for a while, until you eat them, this will improve the crunchiness!
