Butternut squash and white bean spread

500 grams of butternut squash 200 grams of white beans, canned 30 milliliters of olive oil 100 milliliters of water.

50 milliliters of lemon juice, freshly squeezed 1 teaspoon of salt 1 pinch of pepper, freshly ground.

Peel the butternut squash and cut it into 2-centimeter cubes. Drain the white beans.

Transfer the butternut squash and white beans into the Airfryer basket and bake them at the 180°C temperature for the 20min.

Open the Airfryer and shake the basket once during cooking.

Let the baked butternut squash and beans to cool down and then transfer them to the food processor. Add olive oil, water, lemon juice, and spices and blend into a smooth spread.
