Cheesy Pizza muffins

60 grams of red bell peppers 1 spring onion 70 grams of curd cheese  quark, low fat 2 eggs, small size 60 grams of corn, 60 milliliters of lukewarm water,

7 grams of baking powder, 130 grams of spelt flour, 15 gr of chia seeds, 60 grams of Gouda cheese,  1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 30 grams of Gouda cheese, grated.

Chop the red bell pepper. Finely chop the spring onion. In a bowl, mix curd cheese, eggs, red pepper, onion, sweet corn and warm water.

Add spelt flour, baking powder, chia seeds, grated gouda cheese, salt, pepper and dried oregano.

Scoop the dough in muffin cups and sprinkle with grated gouda cheese.

Step 3

Place the muffin cups into the basket of the Airfryer and bake at the 160°C 20 minute until the muffins are crispy and fully baked.
