Chicken taquitos

These chicken taquitos are stuffed with seasoned shredded chicken and cheese.

100 g Chicken breasts. Produce 1 tsp Oregano, dried. Baking & Spices 1/2 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground. 1 pinch Red chili powder. 1/2 tsp Salt.

120 g Tortillas.  60 g Cheddar cheese. 100 g Cream cheese. 60 g Gouda cheese. 30 g Sour cream.

Cook the chicken breast in boiling water for 15 minutes. Cool the chicken slightly after cooking.

Shred the chicken using two forks and add it to a bowl with the cream cheese and grated Gouda and Cheddar cheeses

Add the dried oregano, salt, pepper, and chili powder into the bowl. Mix everything well. Cut the tortillas in half, and then into quarters.

Top each tortilla quarter with one tablespoon of the chicken and cheese mixture. Roll up each tortilla tightly from the longer side and secure the roll with a toothpick.

Place the taquitos in the basket making sure you leave enough space close to the edges for the double layer accessory.

Place the rest of the taquitos on the double layer accessory and put the accessory in the basket. Start the device at the 200°C 5 minute.

Bake the taquitos until golden. Leave the taquitos for a couple of minutes to cool down before serving. Serve with tomato and sour cream dipping sauces of choice.
