Cottage cheese and spinach buns

200 grams of all purpose flour 7 grams of dry yeast 50 milliliters of extra virgin olive oil 2 pinches of salt.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon of honey 100 milliliters of water 50 grams of spinach 30 grams of Gouda cheese 100 grams of cottage cheese 0.5 teaspoons of salt.

How to Steps

Put the flour, dry yeast, olive oil, salt, and honey into a medium-sized bowl.

Add lukewarm water to the flour mixture. Knead the dough for at least 5 to 8 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.

Leave the dough covered in a warm place to rise for at least 60 minutes or wait until it doubles in size.

Chop the spinach and mix it with the shredded Gouda cheese, cottage cheese, and salt.

Roll out the dough to 1 cm thick. Cut it into 9 equal-sized pieces and add 1 tablespoon of filling. Connect the edges of the dough and make balls.

Transfer the dough balls to the baking accessory and brush them with a beaten egg. Sprinkle some linseeds on top.

Transfer the baking accessory to the basket and bake at the indicated temperature for the recommended time.
