Healthy Mocha Frappe

Total Time: 10 Minutes. Servings: 2. A Lightened-Up Summer Treat For Coffee Lovers To Enjoy.

1 ½ cups coffee, frozen into cubes 1 ½ Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder 1 Tbsp. maple syrup or honey.

1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract ¾ cup ice ½ cup half and half or dairy-free creamer Milk of choice (~1 to 1 1/2 cups).

In a silicone ice cube tray freeze strong brewed coffee.

Add the coffee cubes, vanilla, cocoa powder, ice, and creamy liquid of choice, sweetener of choice in a blender. Add milk of choice as needed to achieve bendable consistency.

In a saucepan over low heat add the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Continue to stir until the sauce is melted, nice and drizzly.

Drizzle the chocolate along the sides of two glasses. Divide the Mocha Frappe between the two prepared glasses.
