How to make Pumpkin Fries with Yogurt Dip

Prep Time: 10 minutes  Cook Time: 15 minutes Total Time: 25 minutes Yield: 4 serving Category: Dinner, Lunch.

1 Hokkaido pumpkin 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of pepper 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil 0.5 teaspoons of curry powder 0.5 teaspoons of seasoning salt 250 grams of yoghurt 0.5 cloves of garlic.


How to Steps

For the pumpkin fries, first wash the pumpkin, cut open and remove the seeds (red kuri squash does not have to be peeled, other pumpkin varieties do).


Cut into 1 cm thin sticks. Coat with oil, sprinkle with curry powder or seasoning salt on each side.


Place the sticks in the basket of the Airfryer and bake at the 200°C 15 minute until crispy. Shake Basket: Open the Airfryer and shake the basket 2 times during cooking.


In the meantime, stir the pressed garlic, salt, and pepper into the yogurt for the dip. Serve the pumpkin fries with the yogurt dip.
