Vegetarian lentil stew

Total Time: 45 Minutes. Servings: 3. Making a one-pot dish is quite handy in the Airfryer, even this fulfilling lentil stew.

200 grams of carrots 2 garlic cloves 2 tomatoes 150 grams of red lentils 2 teaspoons of curry powder 1 pinch of black pepper, freshly ground 1 teaspoon of cumin seed.

120 milliliters of tomatoes, strained 150 grams of coconut milk 1 tablespoon of tomato paste 1 pinch of salt 1 teaspoon of sugar 10 grams of coriander 1 tablespoon of plain yoghurt.

Peel and cut the carrots and garlic cloves. Cut the tomatoes.

Put the carrot cubes, garlic, tomatoes, red lentils, curry powder, black pepper and cumin seed into the baking accessory of the Airfryer.

Stir in the strained tomatoes, coconut milk, vegetable stock and tomato paste. Place the baking accessory into the basket of the Airfryer.

Close the lid carefully. Boil at the indicated temperature and time until the lentils are done. Stir up the stew from time to time.

When the stew is ready, add salt and cane sugar. If necessary, add some more water until you like the consistency of the stew.

Cut coriander. Serve the lentil stew with some plain yoghurt and coriander. Enjoy!
