50 gra 4 scoops protein powder, 3 tablespoons almond butter powder, ½ cup coconut flour, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, ¼ teaspoon sea salt,


2 tablespoons baking blend Allulose or Stevia, ½ cup almond milk unsweetened,  ¾ cup pumpkin puree, 2 tablespoons chocolate chips sugar-free.

In bowl, until combined mix together coconut flour, salt, pumpkin pie spice and allulose (or stevia), protein powder, almond butter powder.

Stir in almond milk and pumpkin puree, mix with spatula until combined. Will be a bit crumbly Stir in chocolate chips.

Line 9" x 9" rimmed baking pan with plastic wrap. Dump contents of bowl in pan, press down with hands until completely compacted together.

before slicing into 8 bars, Set in fridge for 15 to 20 minutes. Or, may form into balls, if preferred.
