Pistachio energy bars

80 grams of pistachios, unsalted and peeled 60 grams s of dates, seedless 200 grams of rolled oats, whole grain 10 grams of sesame seeds 30 grams of sunflower seeds


100 grams of peanut butter 90 grams of honey 10 grams of cocoa powder 100 milliliters of cold water

Slightly crush the pistachios. Cut the dates into small pieces.

Step 1


Transfer the pistachios and dates into the baking accessory. Add rolled oats, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, peanut butter, honey, and cocoa to the baking accessory.

Step 2

Mix all the ingredients well using a spatula. Pour the water over the mixture. Stir the mixture several times and press towards the bottom. Leave the oats mixture to soak for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Transfer the baking accessory to the Airfryer basket. Bake at 160°C temperature for 10 minute.

Step 4

Once the pistachio energy bars are baked, let them cool for 10 minutes before cutting them into 6 equal pieces.

Step 5

Crumble the bars into a mug, pour some milk over them, and you'll get instant granola for breakfast.
