Potato bread recipe

150 grams of potatoes, floury 125 milliliters of water 10 grams of yeast, fresh 250 grams of all purpose flour 0.5 teaspoons of salt 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1 teaspoon of sugar.

Cook the potatoes in a pan with water on the stove. Tip: Save part of the cooking water for step 2 to replace the amount of water in the ingredients list.

Mix lukewarm water with yeast and sugar.  Mash the potatoes with the yeast-water mixture.

Add flour, salt and oil step by step while mixing it into a dough. Leave the dough covered, to rise for 1 hour in a warm place.

Knead the dough for a while on a floured worktop surface. Form a ball and place it in the baking accessory. Leave it to rise for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Place the baking accessory in the basket of the Airfryer and bake the bread at the 180°C temperature and 35 minute.
