Snack bread with garlic and parsley

1 spelt bread, round 25 grams of butter 7 grams of parsley 1 clove of garlic 6 grams of lemon zest 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of pepper.


How to Steps

Slice the bread 4 times crosswise, but not fully through. Let the butter come to room temperature in a bowl. Finely chop the parsley.


Peel and finely cut the garlic. Grate the lemon zest over the butter. Mix in the chopped parsley and garlic with a fork.


Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. With a knife, spread the butter mixture between the notches in the bread.


Place the bread in the Airfryer basket and start the device with the 180 °C 2 minute. Bake until the bread is crispy and the butter has melted.


Serve the snack bread on a large plate to share.
