2 nectarines 1 teaspoon of honey 50 grams of feta cheese 50 grams of lamb's lettuce 50 grams of garden rocket (arugula) 1 teaspoon of balsamic cream 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1 pinch of black pepper, freshly ground.
Put the pumpkin seeds into the basket of the Airfryer and roast them at the 200°C 3 minutes. When ready, remove them from the basket and leave them to rest on a paper towel.
Meanwhile halve the nectarines, discard the pits. Drizzle honey on top and place them into the basket of the Airfryer and fry at the 200°C 5 minutes.
