Sweet potatoes with guacamole

The sweetness of baked sweet potatoes goes great with spicy fresh guacamole.

Produce  1/2 Avocado 1 Chili pepper, small 10 g Parsley 1/2 Red onions 2 Sweet potatoes 40 g Tomatoes

1 tbsp Lime juice 2 pinches Salt, 1 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin, 50 ml Yoghurt.

Peel, destone and mash avocado in a bowl. Finely chop the red onion, tomato, parsley and chili pepper.

Combine the avocado, vegetables, lime juice and yogurt in a bowl. Mix everything until the sauce becomes smooth. Refrigerate until serving.

Brush and wash the sweet potatoes. Cut the sweet potatoes in thin slices being careful not to cut entirely through the sweet potato.

Brush the sweet potatoes with olive oil, season with salt and place them in the Air Fryer basket.

Put the basket in the Airfryer. Start the device with the 180°C 5p minute settings.

Serve the sweet potatoes warm, topped with guacamole.
