Teriyaki salmon with green vegetables

300 grams of salmon fillets 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of black pepper, freshly ground 1 garlic clove 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, sweet 0.5 teaspoons of rice vinegar.

0.25 teaspoons of ginger, grated 1 garlic clove 200 grams of broccoli florets 200 grams of edamame 1 tablespoon of oil 0.5 teaspoons of salt 1 pinch of black pepper, freshly ground.

Instructions

Cut the salmon into two equal fillets. Season them with salt and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the Airfryer basket and slide the basket into the Airfryer. Start the device with the 180°C 6 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and mince the garlic clove. Prepare the sauce by combining the sweet soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic and grated ginger. Set aside.

Peel and finely chop the garlic clove. Wash the broccoli florets and edamame and put them into a bowl. Add the oil, chopped garlic, salt and black pepper and mix well.

When baking is done, remove the salmon fillets from the Airfyer basket. Add the vegetables to the bottom of the basket.

Place the salmon fillets back into the basket on top of the vegetables and brush them with about half of the prepared sauce.

Slide the basket into the Airfryer. Start the device with the indicated temperature and time.

Once air fried, brush the salmon fillets with the remaining sauce and serve with broccoli and edamame on the side.
