Three ingredients cheese scones

Using only three common main ingredients is all it takes to bake this savoury snack.

140 grams of all purpose flour. 100 grams of Gouda cheese. 125 grams of sour cream. 1 pinch of salt.

Grate the cheese and add it to a bowl with flour, sour cream and salt.

Knead all of the ingredients into a dough. Dust a clean surface with flour. Roll the pastry to a 1 cm thick sheet.

Cut the dough into circles using a round cutting mold or a small glass (2,5 cm diameter).

Place the circles on the double layer accessory and repeat the previous step with any leftover dough.

Place the cheese scones into the basket leaving some space near the edges for the double layer accessory.

No extra space is needed between the scones as they will only rise upwards during baking.

Place the double layer accessory into the basket and then in the Airfryer. Start the device with the 200°C 12minute. Bake the scones until golden. Serve warm.
